Description
The Relais Santa Anastasia was a medieval abbey of Benedictine monks founded in 1100 by the Norman Count Ruggero d'Altavilla. The abbey is perhaps considered the oldest among the ones of the other villages of the Madonie area. As for the name of Santa Anastasia - the first-century Christian martyr - was introduced in the Byzantine era as a way of greeting the new religion as Anastasia etymologically means "Resurrection".

The hotel has 29 rooms: 2 single rooms, 19 Classic Rooms, 4 Deluxe Rooms, 2 Junior Suites and 2 Grand Suites, furnished with extreme care to create a warm and elegant intimacy allowing people to experience a deep emotion. All rooms are each named with the name of a vine in order to enhance the historic wine culture.
Services
The Relais has two restaurants "Passions and Temptations" used to serve breakfast and lunch, offering the possibility to eat outside in the annex Garden, the other restaurant "The Abbot Court" is used to serve the dinner and all other celebrations. The hotel provides a reading and music room, a bar, the swimming pool with whirlpool, solarium, billiard room, the gardens where you can enjoy a healthy relaxation, sports or simply enjoy the charm of the unspoiled nature. The Relais is located adjacent to the Abbazia Santa Anastasia winery, with its 300 hectares, is located in the middle of the park of the Madonie. Features
